People are not stupid, it's the media that makes us.

I'm not pointing my finger at just Zing News but every online newspaper in Vietnam. A country that is famous with censorship, only less than China and North Korea. News like this the government doesn't give a crap about still what you're doing to it is just like cen-fu**ng-soring.

News writer or reporter in this case should have ethic as the most important value above all else. You can't just write about the most influential person of the most famous football league (to Vietnamese people, and the world) just by mentioning about his trophies. Just like you translated the other influential people of this list. Perhaps I shouldn't point the fingers at these so called "reporters"? The right term is translator.

Are people with translating skill the news writers now? I hope not. I most of all hope they do not work for KPIs they are set with the number of posts they translate or the views they get. I hope you take responsibility in your work too because you're giving your knowledge to the whole society. Few of us can be in a position like you to make influences to many thousands people.

It is actually your boss's fail to let you do this but bosses know nothing. You can change it without asking for permissions. Come on, it's a sport news, how much could it hurt anyone? Beside, it's confirmed to be good news by the Daily Mail. Their writing are just too good, just learn from them.
