"Big things have small beginnings" - David (@Prometheus).
David said this when he saw a kind of cell (actually way bigger than a cell but I'm bio n00b so...), brought by "The Creator of all mankind". He imagined how big it could become and started to seed it into a childless woman (David actually seeded on a man then the man...you get the point). The point is it's something very small, so small that nobody would think it could become anything bigger than a human (I personally didn't). As would David right? Especially he's an AI but that's where imagination starts. Whoever watched the movie knew that that little tiny cell became a creature that devours "humans" bigger than our biggest men.
What's my point anyway ? Believe, Imagination, Patience. Dream big, start small. And if you push a child (well, your child actually) over its ability ( if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree...) he's gonna die before he can walk/talk. A fish can climb a tree only if he evolves into something else.
We dream big: we want to live in other planets, but we start by stepping into the moon first. If we keep pushing our-self "can we build a NYC in Mars next month?", we gonna die before we get to Mars not to mention building something. That itself kills the whole dream.
Please don't slaughter my dreams because I'm not even stepping on the moon yet, I'm still making aeronautic products which is expected to be able to travel through the air. Then space, then Moon, then Mars then other planets. My vision is to live on other planets but I do not work like it can be done tomorrow.
