Amazon shipping customer service is great. it's so good that I want to cry now.
So I ordered SC2: HoTS Collector Edition a week ago and would only be shipped on 10th Mar so I would be able to play on 12th Mar (which is the launch date). But 10 hours ago Amazon could not charge my card (it's only charged when shipping starts) dues to reasons they cannot provide. I corrected my card just to make sure, then sent the first complain because the new estimation date is 14th Mar (2 days after launch) which pissed me off (who isn't). The first agent told me what the system emails and status already told me.
She's also very wrong on that Amazon Prime (I signed up for trial) promises a 2 days shipping but she said it won't make it until 14th. It's only 11th today (10th Mar in US), any bad at math person can do a calculation as 11+2 = 13. That's why I wrote in another complain email.
Then another representative replied and offered a one day shipping at no additional cost. It would make it on 12th Mar when the Swarm invades!
Yep, I should be happy.
