# **The Rô Mỹ group evolves.**

Life always goes hand in hand with evolution, and the diversity of freshwater fish we all keep is a wonderful result of that process.

Now the Rô Mỹ (American cichlids) group is ready for a new evolutionary stage: **a new admin team**.

On the occasion of August, I humbly invited the admin of the **VACK - Vietnam African Cichlids Keeper** group to help build our group — @[1387894049:2048:Minh Nguyen]. **Minh** has deep marketing experience in his professional work and has successfully grown the Ali group from under 10k members to more than 26k members, with many community-building events from north to south that I also took part in and found truly meaningful. With the goal of expanding the cichlid hobby in general, Minh will join as an admin responsible for managing the group across all areas. I'll stand behind him to support (the two of us are the same age — turns out there's some fate in it). This can be called an official link between the African Cichlids group and the American Cichlids group — the two regions that together probably account for 90% of all cichlid species in the world.

I've known Minh for about a year now, and he has very solid knowledge of ornamental fish, both in terms of species and technique. As for Rô Mỹ, Minh doesn't have much experience yet, so I'll support him on that part. American cichlids are easy to get into, so Minh will catch up fast.
