Rô Bá Tước — Oscura heterospila — is spawning. The male is the larger one, with longer, more flowing fins. In the close-up video you can clearly see the genitals of both the male and female; both are extended but for different purposes: the female is releasing eggs, the male releasing sperm. Because of the water environment, fertilization is influenced by the current, so mature fish with more sperm will fertilize better.
Normally when I film this close, the fish turn their faces to the glass begging for food, but this pair is "paying no attention to the world around them" ☺️.
