Hideo Kojima is a mastermind that when he leaves Konami, he does something unique. Like what he did in this.
Even Ground Zeroes - the name of the prologue of MGS V - is a reference to his departure from Konami. AKA the destruction of the relationship between Kojima and Konami.
I bet these Konami is too stupid and busy collecting money to play this game before its release to stop what Kojima did. Even not so, they would be manipulated by Kojima anyways.
